Note: All candidates, including Write-in candidates, are limited to being members who are qualified by the Secretary to vote.

The name of an unopposed candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer shall not appear on any ballot, and such candidate shall be deemed to have voted for himself or herself at the election.

In the primary, if two candidates each receive an equal number of votes and together their total votes equal the number of votes cast for that office, that is, no votes were cast for a write-in or for another candidate for that office, then the winner is determined by a coin toss conducted by the Nominations Committee. Other than the case just described, such as when there are write-in votes or when more than two candidates receive votes for an office, then if no candidate for that office receives a majority of the votes cast for such office in the primary election, then the names of the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes for such office shall be placed on a runoff election ballot. If more than two candidates receive an equal and highest number of votes, the name of each candidate receiving an equal and highest number of votes shall be placed on a runoff election ballot. When there is a tie for second place and the candidate placing first did not receive a majority of the votes cast for such office, the name of the candidate placing first and the name of each candidate tying for second shall be placed on a runoff election ballot.

The candidate who receives the highest number of votes cast for the office in a runoff election shall be elected to such office. If the highest vote at a runoff election results in a tie, the outcome shall be determined by a form of cleromancy as determined by the Nominations Committee.
